Who we are. EPJ Management Co Limited ("we") runs Your Days HR and this website. Contact: pete@epjmanagement.co.uk.

This website. If you ask for a demo we collect your name, business name, email, staff numbers and any message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange a demo and quote. Our legal basis is legitimate interests, and steps you ask us to take before a contract. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months unless you become a customer. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Using Your Days HR. If your employer uses Your Days HR, your employer decides what personal information is held about you and is responsible for it. We process it on their behalf. Ask your employer for their staff privacy notice, or for your rights over your records.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
